All products can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed. For example, a container of supplements must still be sealed to be able to return it.
Report your return within 14 days of receipt and send the product back within another 14 days.
Costs and Responsibilities
The cost for a standard return is €4.95, including VAT.
In case of an incorrect or damaged delivery, Bono will cover the costs and the return is therefore free.
If you choose your own carrier, the costs are at your own expense.
For damaged or used products, or if the seal is broken, we reserve the right to charge costs.
Rights and Refund
You have the right to return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Refunds take place within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. Return costs of {price}} may apply.
We can only make the refund after we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of shipment.
The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
Why Bono Charges for Returns
The return cost policy of €4.95 including VAT is to partially cover the logistical costs and to reduce the number of returns.
It is expected that within the entire e-commerce sector the number of returns will increase from 1.5 billion in 2021 to 2.5 billion in 2025, which brings significant financial and ecological consequences.
Not all returned products can be resold. Return shipments also require additional logistics and packaging, which leads to a larger ecological footprint.
The purpose of the return costs is to motivate customers to make well-considered purchase decisions based on our product information, thereby minimizing the need for returns and contributing to a more sustainable future.
