If products contain a seal for hygiene and/or health reasons, they can only be returned sealed. This includes shampoos, conditioners and supplements. These are the requirements
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it without reason. The costs for this are €2,95 including VAT. For products that are returned because of damage or wrong delivery, the return costs are of course for us. Of course you are free to use your own carrier, the costs are for your own account and will not be reimbursed by us. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for the damage. When a product has a broken seal, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge the damage.
You have the right to withdraw the order within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the good. After requesting a return, you have another 14 days to return the products to our return address. You can use the model form for withdrawal (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so. If you revoke the order, you will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point, including the shipping costs, as soon as possible but at the latest within 14 days after revocation.
We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will refund the full purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund you until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
